Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Generally, we aim to arrive 2 hours before your scheduled party time. If we have multiple rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours prior, or the night before. If this is the case, we will inform you ahead of time and work out a time that best suits your needs.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
We service Denton County, Collin County and surrounding areas. Any areas greater than 25 mi. away are subject to delivery fees. If you have a question about whether or not you are in our service area, please contact us or submit a quote and we will respond ASAP.
We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. If paying cash, please have exact change.
Yes. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book your rental and deduct it from your final cost. If you need to cancel, your deposit will serve as a rain check to use toward a future rental, good for 1 year.
You can power the inflatable on and of pretty much as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for cake and ice cream, leave it on. If they are going to be off for 30+ minutes you can unplug the blower.
When they want to play again, just plug it back in!

That depends. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on the unit. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over time. If this occurs, please notify us immediately so that we can fix the issue. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (ie not turning off the blower in high winds) then you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit and necessary accessories. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you read, sign and initial all of our safety rules so that this does not occur.
We offer free delivery on our inflatables for up to a 25 mile radius from our facility in Aubrey, TX. If we travel outside of this area, we do charge a delivery fee that is calculated based on distance traveled. If you have questions about the exact cost, please contact us.
